Construction Services for New School Building Project

Visual and Performing Arts Center, Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall School

Chapel Hill Chauncy School performed a major renovation with an addition to develop their new state of the art Visual and Performing Arts Center. Arcadia was hired by the school’s lender for the project Rockland Trust to provide construction management services consisting of:

• Construction monitoring of work-in-progress

• Review of construction plans, documents and project contracts, schedule and budget.
