Commercial Food Processing Facility- Confidential Client

Arcadia’s client was looking to purchase a commercial property that had an ongoing commercial food processing facility. The property was in a commercial/industrial area and had a history of commercial industrial use. Arcadia performed an ASTM Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment. Arcadia identified several environmental concerns. Arcadia performed additional records review and a limited subsurface investigation with soil sampling. Through this additional work Arcadia was able to resolve the enviromental concerns and our client was able to move forward with the purchase of the property.
